Just click the pale orange bars below.

What are the benefits of becoming a Supporter?
  • When you sign up you will have the option to receive two Equal badges free of charge – they normally cost £1.99.
  • You will receive regular email newsletters, invitations to events, and invitations to take part in specific campaign actions (which of course are entirely optional).
  • You will be helping us achieve our aims of changing the Church of England for the better.
What information do I have to give?

If you’re signing up as an individual, the only information we need is your your full name and email address. We need to know your email address so that your signature can be verified.

If you’re signing up as an organization, the name of the organization is also required, together with its contact details so we can check they have agreed to sign up.

Required fields are marked with a red asterisk (*).

What's displayed?

Unless you choose to allow it, by checking the ‘Public display?’ checkbox, nothing will be publicly displayed. You have the option to support us silently or publicly, as you choose.

If you do check the ‘Public display?’ checkbox, the information in the fields that have a wide green left border will be displayed publicly in the List of Supporters on this website.

Other information, including your email address, will never be displayed publicly or shared with anyone else.

All information displayed publicly on this website (in the List of Supporters) will be in the public domain, and we have no control over how it may be used by others.

Optional extra information

At the end of the signup form is a checkbox labelled ‘Provide more information?‘. We invite you to check this box and provide various other  information about yourself, in the new fields that will appear.

This is entirely optional, but it will be very helpful to us as we progress the Campaign, and we hope you will feel able to provide at least some of this extra information, which will of course be held in strictest confidence.

How can I update my Supporter record?

You will be able to update and correct your information at any time after signing up, by using a special Private Link that will be emailed to you. You will get further details about this when you have signed up.

Suppose I decide not to remain a Supporter?

If at any time you decide to cease being a Supporter, simply update your information and uncheck the checkbox labelled ‘Supporter’. You will then no longer be counted as a Supporter and will not receive Supporter emails (including newsletters).

If you change your mind later on, you don’t need to sign up a second time – just update your information again and check the ‘Supporter’ checkbox .

If your decision to leave us is final, you can also ask us to delete all your information – just send us a message via the Contact page and we will do so.

Your personal information

Our storage and use of your personal information is specified in our Privacy Policy, as required by the GDPR.
